What sets our Low-Key Ligament Release apart is the precision of our technique. Unlike traditional methods, we use vacuum penis hanger technologies under traction to provide a clear view of the suspensory ligament. This enables the surgeon to precisely release the correct amount of the ligament. By stretching the penis during the procedure, additional access to the suspensory ligament is gained, which would not be possible in a relaxed state.

Our unique surgical approach also differs from traditional lengthening methods in terms of entry incision placement. Rather than making an incision vertically or transversely above the penis, which can limit access and create visible scars, our surgeon makes a small incision within the scrotal side-fold. This incision location reduces scarring visibility and enhances the overall aesthetic result, leaving little evidence of surgery.

Once the incision is made, electrosurgery is used to completely divide the fundiform and suspensory ligaments from the pubic symphysis. This release and extension of the dorsal region of the inner penis results in a gap of about 1 inch at the base. With the tension removed from the ligaments, the surgeon can advance the inner penis forward, resulting in a flaccid and erect length gain of approximately 0.75 to 2.5 inches.
